About Flexis

Flexis Capital is a private equity firm that invests in communications, media, technology, consumer and business services sectors. Our deep executive network informs our approach and involves investing capital flexibly to generate equity-like returns across a range of securities and structures.

Network

Flexis provides "active value" to its portfolio companies by utilizing its executive, corporate and capital markets relationships for revenue-generating business development, add-on growth M&A, and operational expertise.

Control and Minority

In our control and minority investments, we deploy capital and bring our network’s resources to benefit our companies’ boards and management teams.

Equity

We intend to commit between $50 million and $500 million of equity capital per transaction (although depending on the characteristics of the opportunity, could invest more or less, or have an anchor investor of equal size).

Structure

Flexis employs a "flexible capital" approach to enhance returns, even if the structure of its investment involves preferred stock, debt or other hybrid securities.
